This project consisted of the research, planning, usability and design side of an e-commerce website. The selected company, Shari’s Berries, specializes in online ordering and gift basket delivery of chocolate-covered strawberries and fruit arrangements.


After completing a SWOT and Competitor Analysis, the target audience was defined, and a user persona and customer journey map were created. Wireframes for the homepage and shopping cart process were then crafted to reflect the data gathered and improve the design and usability of the website.
